NJ Justices Reject Christie Bid To Delay Same-Sex Marriage

Law360, New York (October 18, 2013, 3:10 PM ET) -- The Supreme Court of New Jersey on Friday blocked Gov. Chris Christie's administration’s last-ditch effort to stay a judge’s order to legalize same-sex marriage, freeing same-sex couples to wed Monday, but a state law may delay marriage licenses until later in the week.
