Citgo Asks High Court To Nix $180M Oil Spill Suit

Law360, New York (October 17, 2013, 6:02 PM ET) -- Citgo Petroleum Co. has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to quash a $180 million oil spill liability suit from a pair of shipping companies, telling the high court last week that its responsibility for ensuring a safe berth into its Philadelphia-area port does not extend beyond the immediate entrance.
