Texas High Court To Review Farmers Vacant House Fire Win

Law360, New York (October 18, 2013, 7:38 PM ET) -- The Supreme Court of Texas on Friday agreed to review a ruling finding that a Farmers Insurance Exchange policy condition bars a payout for the destruction of a vacant home even where the vacancy had no connection to the fire that caused the damage.
