Texas Supreme Court Takes Up Jury Charge Timing Question

Law360, Dallas (October 18, 2013, 7:10 PM ET) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday agreed to hear a dispute stemming from a worker’s injury onboard a dredging vessel that asks whether the ship owner’s objection to a jury instruction was timely when it was tendered after the charge conference but before the charge was read to the jury.
