Panasonic Says CRT Purchasers Driving Up Legal Costs

Law360, Washington (October 18, 2013, 3:40 PM ET) -- Panasonic Corp. asked a California federal judge on Thursday to quash the proposed deposition of a top executive in antitrust multidistrict litigation accusing the company and an array of other electronics makers of fixing the price of cathode ray tubes, saying the deposition will do little else but drive up litigation costs.
