More Secrecy Needed In St. Luke's Merger Trial, Judge Says

Law360, New York (October 18, 2013, 6:52 PM ET) -- The federal judge overseeing the ongoing trial over St. Luke's Health System Ltd.'s acquisition of a nearby independent physician practice agreed Friday to let counsel for the Associated Press review sealed materials in the case but refused to open the proceedings completely to the press.
