ITC Says It Will Eye FRAND Issues In Review Of Funai Ruling

Law360, New York (October 18, 2013, 8:06 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Thursday it will review a ruling that Funai Electric Co. Ltd. infringed an LSI Corp. patent covering Internet-connected home entertainment products, paying particular attention to LSI's commitment to license its standard-essential patents on fair terms.
