Former Sempra Energy Exec Rejoins Jones Day

Javade Chaudhri, formerly a corporate executive for Sempra, focuses his practice on major transactions, including domestic and international M&A, joint ventures and strategic alliances, along with counseling companies on corporate governance and compliance matters, internal investigations and managing complex international arbitrations and litigation, according to the firm....
