High Court Sets Sights On Mandatory Union Fees

Law360, New York (October 22, 2013, 8:34 PM ET) -- Public-sector union power could suffer a major blow if the U.S. Supreme Court opts to rule broadly on the imposition of mandatory union fees on nonmembers in an appeal brought by Illinois home care workers that the justices have recently agreed to hear.
