Investors Ask To Revive Poolwide Claim In $1.75B BofA Row

Law360, New York (October 21, 2013, 6:52 PM ET) -- Investors suing Bank of America Corp. over alleged problems in a $1.75 billion pool of mortgage-backed securities asked a New York judge on Monday to clarify that they can sue for securitieswide issues, even though the judge had dismissed a breach of contract claim.
