Northrop Grumman Escapes Software Co.'s Patent Suit

Law360, New York (October 21, 2013, 6:44 PM EDT) -- A software company waited too long to sue the government for allegedly violating its patents by using an inventory-tracking system at the U.S. Department of Defense developed by Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., a federal judge ruled Friday, granting Northrop Grumman's dismissal bid.
