Sen. Blocks Proposed DOE Undersecretary Over NASA Role

Law360, Washington (October 21, 2013, 8:08 PM EDT) -- Sen. David Vitter, R-La., said Monday that he would block the confirmation of Elizabeth Robinson as management and performance undersecretary at the U.S. Department of Energy, until she answers his questions on her role as NASA’s chief financial officer and her oversight of NASA contracts.
