Costco Rejects Philips' Arbitration Attempt In CRT Row

Law360, New York (October 22, 2013, 3:35 PM EDT) -- Costco Wholesale Corp. urged a California federal judge Monday to deny Koninklijke Philips Electronics NV's motion to compel arbitration of claims that the electronics giant was part of a conspiracy to fix cathode ray tube prices, saying the litigation was too far along before Philips invoked its arbitration agreement with Costco.
