Govs. Call For More Leeway On Green Energy Tax Credit

Law360, New York (October 22, 2013, 2:08 PM EDT) -- A group representing governors of western U.S. states on Monday urged federal lawmakers to allow renewable project developers to claim an investment tax credit if they begin construction by 2017, instead of the current policy which requires projects to be up and running by that date.
