Ex-Rutgers QB Denies Consent Of $40M EA Likeness Deal

Law360, New York (October 22, 2013, 11:01 PM EDT) -- Former Rutgers quarterback Ryan Hart said in New Jersey federal court filings Monday he neither knew of nor agreed to the $40 million settlement of an antitrust class action, in which Hart is lead plaintiff, over unauthorized use of athletes’ names and likenesses in Electronic Arts video games.
