Ex-Bodum President Still In Hot Water Over Starbucks Deal

Law360, New York (October 22, 2013, 3:14 PM EDT) -- There's too much conflicting evidence to decide now if the former president of French press manufacturer Bodum USA Inc. violated his noncompete agreement and revealed Bodum's trade secrets by helping a rival develop products for Starbucks Corp., a New York state judge ruled Tuesday.
