NIST Floats Preliminary Cybersecurity Framework

Law360, New York (October 22, 2013, 10:14 PM ET) -- The National Institute of Standards and Technology on Tuesday released the long-awaited preliminary draft of a voluntary cybersecurity framework intended to help banks, utilities and other critical infrastructure operators better protect their systems against security threats.
