USPTO Interim Director Backs Patent Troll Reform

Law360, Washington (October 24, 2013, 5:53 PM EDT) -- U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Acting Director Theresa Stanek Rea on Thursday expressed agency and White House support for Congress' latest attempts to crack down on so-called patent trolls, but voiced concern that inflexible negotiating could delay the reform efforts.
