Newark Official To Introduce Mandatory Paid Sick Leave Bill

Law360, New York (October 22, 2013, 6:33 PM ET) -- A Newark, N.J., council member intends to introduce legislation mandating that businesses offer paid sick leave to full- and part-time workers, according to a statement on Tuesday that comes a day after Jersey City's mayor signed a similar bill into law.
