11th Circ. Reinstates DirecTV Technicians' Arbitration Award

Law360, New York (October 22, 2013, 7:50 PM ET) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Tuesday reversed a Georgia federal court's decision vacating an arbitration award in favor of a proposed class of technicians who alleged DirecTV LLC withheld their overtime wages in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
