2 Contractors, Ex-Air Force Officer Indicted In Bribery Scheme

Law360, New York (October 23, 2013, 1:23 PM EDT) -- Two private government contractors and one former U.S. Air Force procurement officer were indicted in Texas federal court Tuesday for allegedly conspiring to bribe public officials in order to obtain contracts in Afghanistan, just months after a similar indictment was filed in California federal court.
