Suit Over $700M Sauer-Danfoss Takeover Survives Challenge

Law360, Wilmington (October 23, 2013, 6:53 PM EDT) -- A Delaware Chancery judge allowed a lawsuit by Sauer-Danfoss Inc. shareholders protesting a $700 million takeover bid by Danfoss A/S to move forward Wednesday, ruling the company did not adequately show the case should be evaluated under the state's so-called unified standard for go-private deals and thus be dismissed.
