Former Bristol-Myers Exec Gets 1 Year For Insider Trading

Law360, New York (October 23, 2013, 4:11 PM ET) -- A former Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. executive on Wednesday was sentenced in New Jersey federal court to 366 days in prison for insider trading after admitting to purchasing stock options in a biotechnology company he knew BMS was preparing to acquire.
