Court Declines To Nix $10M Suit In Hospital Management Row

Law360, Houston (October 23, 2013, 8:54 PM ET) -- A Texas federal judge on Tuesday declined to dismiss a $10 million suit between two hospital management groups, saying there is evidence that a partnership agreement involving a San Antonio hospital was breached when one of the partners diverted revenues into a liability fund.
