Delaware Turbine Challenger Loses TRO Bid

Law360, Los Angeles (October 23, 2013, 4:39 PM ET) -- The Delaware Chancery Court shot down a retired U.S. Army colonel’s bid to stop a planned roadway near the University of Delaware’s wind turbine, finding that he had not shown that the road or its construction would irreparably and imminently harm him.
