CPSC Chief To Join Nelson Mullins' Products Team In Dec.

Law360, New York (October 24, 2013, 2:31 PM ET) -- Inez Tenenbaum, the chair of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, will join Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP's product safety, risk prevention and regulatory practice group after her term expires in October, the firm said Thursday.

Tenenbaum, whom President Barack Obama appointed to lead the commission in 2009, announced in late February that she would not seek renomination as chairwoman when her term expires. The firm said she will begin work there on Dec. 1.
