Boeing Asks Texas High Court To Prevent Lease Disclosure

Law360, Houston (October 24, 2013, 3:49 PM EDT) -- Boeing Co. told the Texas Supreme Court Wednesday that a lease it struck for part of an abandoned Air Force base should be protected from public disclosure because competitors could use proprietary information in the document to undercut the aerospace giant’s bids for government contracts.
