Cybersecurity Framework Risks Becoming Litigation Fodder

Law360, New York (October 25, 2013, 9:24 PM ET) -- In proposing an overly broad cybersecurity framework Tuesday, the Obama administration has provided the type of policy endorsement that regulators and plaintiffs are no doubt eager to use to strengthen claims alleging companies could have done more to secure their systems, attorneys say.
