Union Neutrality Case Could Shake Up Labor Landscape

Law360, New York (November 07, 2013, 5:38 PM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments Wednesday in a case over whether federal labor law permits unions to get employers to agree to remain neutral during organizing campaigns, and attorneys say that if the court does deem such pacts unlawful, it will deprive unions of a powerful organizing strategy.
