USTR Lauds EU For Cutting Contested Display Duties

Law360, New York (October 25, 2013, 9:47 PM ET) -- The U.S. Trade Representative on Friday praised the European Union's elimination of duties on large flat-panel displays, which erased the last of the EU's tariffs on various electronic devices that the U.S. and more than a dozen other countries had contested before the World Trade Organization.
