Acer Sues Toshiba, Samsung Over Disc Drive Price Fixing

Law360, Los Angeles (October 25, 2013, 8:58 PM ET) -- Electronics company Acer Inc. on Friday sued Toshiba Corp., Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd and others in California federal court for their alleged roles in a conspiracy to fix the price of optical disc drives, a day after computing giant Hewlett-Packard Co. filed two similar lawsuits in Texas.
