Beleaguered G4S Spurns $2.5B Bid For Cash-Transport Biz

Law360, New York (October 28, 2013, 11:48 AM EDT) -- Embattled security services firm G4S PLC on Monday spurned a £1.55 billion ($2.51 billion) offer for its cash-transportation division lobbed by Charterhouse Capital Partners LLP, saying the private equity bid undershoots the unit's value and would remove a key piece of its long-range vision.
