Lawmakers Urged To Expand Patent Review Program

Law360, New York (October 28, 2013, 4:01 PM EDT) -- As legislation to crack down on so-called patent trolls gains momentum in Congress, a broad cluster of industry groups on Monday asked lawmakers to ensure that any reform effort include an expansion of a critical U.S. Patent and Trademark Office patent review program.
