Creditors Want Say In American-US Airways Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (October 28, 2013, 8:29 PM ET) -- The unsecured creditors of American Airlines Inc.’s bankrupt parent company asked a Washington, D.C., federal judge Monday to allow them to file a friend-of-the-court brief backing American's contested merger with US Airways Group Inc., saying the bankruptcy process would have to start over if federal authorities killed the deal.
