ShopRite Operator Sues AIG Unit For $50M Sandy Coverage

Law360, New York (October 29, 2013, 8:04 PM ET) -- The retailer-owned cooperative that operates the ShopRite Supermarkets chain filed suit this month in New Jersey state court against an American International Group Inc. subsidiary for allegedly failing to reimburse all of the group's more than $50 million in losses sustained from Superstorm Sandy.
