Fox's 'In Time' Ripped Off Script, Sci-Fi Writer Says

Law360, Washington (October 29, 2013, 4:32 PM EDT) -- A screenwriter sued 20th Century Fox Film Corp. and New Regency Productions Inc. for $4.5 million Monday in California state court, alleging the studios ripped off his idea for a dystopian science fiction film.
