Google Wants 9th Circ.'s Take On Gmail Privacy Case

Law360, San Francisco (October 29, 2013, 10:40 PM EDT) -- Google Inc. urged a California federal judge on Tuesday to allow the tech giant to immediately appeal her decision to keep alive claims that Google violates the Wiretap Act by scanning users' emails, arguing that getting the Ninth Circuit's take on the multidistrict litigation now could save the parties time and money.
