Cheniere Execs Seek Exit From Fired GC's Whistleblower Suit

Law360, Houston (October 30, 2013, 8:02 PM ET) -- A pair of Cheniere Energy Inc. executives told a Texas appeals court Wednesday they should be cut loose from a whistleblower suit filed by the company’s former assistant general counsel over her firing, saying the suit is aimed at curbing Cheniere's constitutional rights.
