11th Circ. Nudges Mr. Chow Dispute Toward Mediation

Law360, Miami (November 5, 2013, 7:08 PM EST) -- The Eleventh Circuit heard oral arguments Tuesday in a million-dollar unfair competition dispute between high-end Chinese restaurant Mr. Chow and a competitor that Chief Circuit Judge Ed Carnes described as perplexing and perhaps best suited for mediation.
