No Secrets About Pesticides In EU And Possibly Abroad

Law360, New York (October 30, 2013, 6:25 PM EDT) -- The General Court of the European Union recently delivered a judgment requiring the disclosure of proprietary information related to a pesticide ingredient. The court’s decision may affect companies that have previously provided proprietary information on chemicals to EU regulators with the expectation it would be protected from public disclosure.[1]
