Kaye Scholer Owes Benefits, Late Partner's Ex-Wife Says

Law360, New York (October 29, 2013, 10:04 PM ET) -- The ex-wife of a deceased Kaye Scholer LLP partner sued the law firm Monday in New York, claiming Kaye Scholer had breached its contractual obligation to pay her survivor benefits, which she argues she is owed despite her 2011 divorce from the attorney.
