Chrysler Wins Dismissal Of FCA Whistleblower Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (October 29, 2013, 8:16 PM ET) -- A Michigan federal judge on Tuesday granted Chrysler Group LLC’s motion to dismiss a False Claims Act suit brought by a former executive who accused the carmaker of retaliating against him for uncovering and attempting to report fraudulent activity against the U.S. government.
