Reg D Revamp Could Dampen Growth Capital Market

Law360, New York (October 30, 2013, 6:25 PM EDT) -- A significant amount of attention has been paid to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s proposed rules regarding general solicitation for privately offered securities. Apparently in response to the public’s interest and concern for the rules, the SEC has extended the deadline for public comments from Sept. 23 until Nov. 3, 2013.[1]
