Pa. Justices Nix Appeal In Atty's $4.5M Referral Fee Dispute

Law360, Philadelphia (October 30, 2013, 2:53 PM ET) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court said Tuesday it would leave untouched a decision finding that the name partner at the Killino Firm PC owed more than $500,000 in referral fees to attorney Christopher Giddings stemming from a $4.5 million settlement in a medical malpractice suit.
