3rd Circ. Axes Bias Suit Over Con-Way Alcohol Agreement

Law360, Los Angeles (October 30, 2013, 4:54 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Wednesday upheld a Pennsylvania federal court’s finding that Con-way Freight Inc. hadn’t discriminated against a worker when it fired him for breaking an agreement to avoid alcohol after he entered rehabilitation a second time.
