Law360, Los Angeles (October 31, 2013, 3:49 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Wednesday ruled that a lower court violated an attorney's free speech rights by ordering her to remove pages from her website about cases similar to the one she was litigating at the time, saying admonishing the jury not to search for information about the trial attorneys was adequate to prevent prejudice.
