Law360, New York (October 31, 2013, 3:46 PM ET) -- The owner of a 20-story apartment building in the West Village section of Manhattan lost its New York State Supreme Court battle against the placement of a Department of Transportation bike share station in front of the building, marking the bike rental program’s second win in clashes surrounding the new stations.
