Anchor Tenant Gives $341M Philly Skyscraper Plan New Legs

Law360, Philadelphia (October 31, 2013, 2:04 PM ET) -- Brandywine Realty Trust breathed new life into the planned transformation of the west bank of Philadelphia’s Schuylkill River on Thursday as it announced that chemical maker FMC Corp. had signed on as an anchor tenant for a proposed $341 million, 47-story skyscraper in the University City neighborhood.
