6 Indicted For Selling Knockoff Designer Clothing

Law360, New York (October 31, 2013, 6:11 PM EDT) -- A New York City grand jury indicted six men Wednesday for allegedly selling millions of dollars worth of counterfeit designer clothing, including knockoff versions of Polo, Lacoste, North Face and True Religion products.

The indictment was based on the raid of a storage facility in July that seized more than 2,000 boxes of counterfeit clothing, which officials say the defendants planned to sell to smaller distributors through the country.
