GOP Sens. Float Bill To Let Workers Swap OT For Comp Time

Law360, Washington (October 31, 2013, 8:35 PM EDT) -- Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., on Thursday urged his colleagues to support a bill allowing private employers to offer paid time off in place of overtime pay, calling it a common-sense measure that would help reduce scheduling burdens for workers.
